Large Scale Commercial and Industrial Masonry Projects

TMC has invested heavily in equipment and training and is capable of any size masonry projects. Over the years we  have completed a number of projects in excess of $5M. With an average workforce of 100 tradesmen we have the ability to meet aggressive schedules and maintain quality and safety in your next project.

Stone, Thin Veneer, and Envelope Expertise

As the masonry veneer industry has evolved stone and thin veneers have become a larger part of TMC’s work. Installation of these systems on high rise construction is a focus of our company. With the large investment in scaffolding we are capable of doing multiple large projects at one time. For over ten years we have been training and educating our work force on envelope systems to ensure quality and integrity in the protection of buildings against water infiltration.

Architectural Precast Installation

The owner of TMC, Inc. purchased an architectural precast company outside of Seattle, Wa in 1997. After extensive renovation and investment in equipment Northwest Precast has become known for its high quality and innovation in the architectural precast industry. TMC installs 35% of the precast produced at the plant and has very experienced personal in the erection of precast panels and stairs.

Restoration and Cleaning of Historical Buildings

For over 30 years TMC has been involved in restoration of buildings listed on the Historical Register. Cleaning, repair, and maintenance of the Boise State Capitol, Old Boise State Penitentury, and many old stone churches to name a few. We have the personal with the experience to perform high quality restoration projects.
